where do you provide your services?
pick-up is available in mesa, az.
orders can also be delivered for a base fee of $15/hr, 1 hr minimum.
delivery and set up will be factored in for grazing tables, as this service requires relocation of supplies.
when is best to place my order?
for individual boxes and small boards, we ask that orders are placed within 48 hrs of desired delivery date.
for medium and large boards, we ask that orders are placed within a week of desired delivery date.
grazing tables and themed boards should contact us no later than 3 weeks prior to event.
what is your cancellation period?
cancel all box/board orders within 48 hr of invoice date. anything later will require a 15% cancellation fee.
grazing tables and theme boards require a non-refundable 50% security deposit upon order placement.

do i need to return the board?
no!
individual boxes will be displayed in a disposable bakery box or small platter unless otherwise specified.
small, medium, large, or themed boards will be served on disposable boards, however can be served on handcrafted wooden boards for an additional fee.
how do you accept payment?
all payments are appreciated at POS with the exception of down-payments.
please do NOT send payment until you have received an invoice with all additional costs factored in.
venmo payments are preferred, however cash payment is also accepted at POS.
